The Department of the Army will offer awards for scientific/engineering excellence to student exhibitors in grades 9-12 at 2011-2012 regional and state fairs affiliated with the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF). At the regional fairs, student winners will receive a Certificate of Achievement, and a tangible reward (i.e., day pack, polo shirt or calculator). At the state fairs, student winners will receive a Certificate of Achievement. The best regional fair winner will also receive a bronze medallion, and the best state fair winner will also receive a silver medallion.

If you are a student already participating in your local science fair and would like to see Army participation at your fair, please contact your local science fair director. Only a science fair director can request Army participation in your science fair.
